Here, we prepare simple dishes using fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients. The idea is for you to be able to make them again at home, with whatever you have on hand.

What I share are the recipes I cook for my own family and friends — nothing complicated, just delicious meals made with quality ingredients. I also offer wine tastings to complete the experience.

You’ll join me in my spacious kitchen, where we’ll share a friendly, hands-on cooking experience together.

These classes are dedicated to whom are curious to discover french burgundian typical food, and be able to cook it again at home.

How long would that class last ?

We will take the time to cook from 10 a.m, and eat quietly together, while tasting a good wine from our Domaine. We may end at 4 or 5 pm, depending on the number of recipes you will choose.
