I am Anna, 53 years old, 3 grown-up children, and a very old big house and garden close to Beaune and Nuits Saint Georges. I am not a chef, but I like to share my way of cooking, learned by my mother and grand-mother, and by a full life of cooking in a rich wine region.

This class offers you hands-on culinary experience in a typical house of rural Burgundy.
Some of the products are grown in the garden, all others from local producers, mostly organic.

The wines tasted are from Domaine de Bellene in Beaune, owned by my family.
